Magnetic Heating Filters

Boilers and heating systems are largely made of metal plus they contain water, therefore rust is easily produced within your heating system. Chemicals will prevent the majority of debris build-up in a heating system, but ferrous metal sludge needs to be filtered out. By installing a magnetic boiler sludge filter on your central heating flow or return, you can make the removal and cleaning easier. In addition, because the sludge is being trapped and filtered as it’s created, you’re preventing it from circulating through your boiler resulting in better efficiency and additional wear and tear on your boiler.

Overall magnetic filters are relatively straight forward to install, easy to maintain and an inexpensive way to protect your heating system. Installation costs outlined below.
